Terms of use
These terms cover Party Wipe, a free browser game by Xaplore LLC, at party-wipe.xaplore.dev and on our itch.io page. By playing you agree to them. Effective November 4, 2026.
The game
Party Wipe is free to play, with no ads and nothing to buy. It is provided "as is" and "as available": we work to keep it running and your saves safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, bug-free, or that progress can never be lost.
Accounts are optional
You can play as a guest without an account; your progress then stays in your browser. You may choose to sign in with Google for a cloud save. You are responsible for your Google account; anyone who can sign in to it can use your Party Wipe account. What we store, and how to delete it, is described in our privacy policy. You can sign out at any time, and you can delete your account and its data from the account panel. Please don't sign in if you are under 13.
Cloud saves
If two devices have both made progress, the game shows you both saves and asks which to keep. The one you don't pick is replaced, and we can't bring it back. Export your save from Settings first if you want a copy.
Fair use of the service
Please don't overload, probe or abuse our servers or API, try to get around rate limits or security checks, or scrape the service with automated tools. Party Wipe has no leaderboard, so what you do to your own save is your business, but we may remove saves or accounts that abuse the service.
Changes and shutting down
We may change, rebalance or reset parts of the game. If we ever stop offering cloud saves, we will try to give reasonable notice in the game; progress in your browser keeps working.
Content
The game's code, art, music and text belong to Xaplore LLC.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Xaplore LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost game progress, arising from the game or its online services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US$10. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to play after that means you accept them.
